About Sundays at Six
One of the mainstays of the Alamosa Live Music Association is its free summer concert series, known locally as Sundays at Six. Sundays at Six started over two decades ago and has grown into a hallmark of the San Luis Valley summertime season. During the most beautiful months in our fair valley the community is exposed to all kinds of music, performed by everyone from the neighbor down the street to nationally recognized touring musicians.
All concerts will be held in Cole Park, Alamosa. In case of rain, concerts will be moved indoors, to Richardson Hall at Adams State University.
FREE and open to all!
Battle of the Bands 2026
While Sundays at Six defines the summer season, the fun actually begins on Saturday, June 6, 4-7pm, with ALMA’s annual Battle of the Bands. Come out to Cole Park for a fantastic Battle at RioFest in Alamosa! Five artists will compete (in this order):
- Sevun Star (Indie-tronica)
- The Tax Evasion Club (Alternative/Various)
- MilkN’Fox (Alternative/Rock)
- Chris Mondragon (Acoustic Punk Rock)

Your vote, along with five expert judges, will help decide the winner, who will perform at a Sundays at Six concert in Cole Park on August 9. We look forward to seeing you there.
